My weekly classes below run during the Victorian school terms and take a break during the school holiday period. There may be the occasional pause to weekly classes at other times due to my out-of-town teaching commitments.

SLOW-PACED YOGA

Slow-Paced will start weekly from January 9, 2020

ABOUT SLOW-PACED
Slow-Paced Yoga is sequenced for students who would prefer and/or benefit from a more slowly paced, less vigorous class or for those who need to work at a slower more detailed pace due to age, injury or recovery from illness.

The class is designed to progressively develop confidence & stability with a mind-body-breath balance while learning ways to stretch, strengthen and relax intelligently.

 

INTERMEDIATE YOGA

SUNDAY 12noon to 1.45pm – $30

Intermediate will start weekly from January 12, 2020

ABOUT INTERMEDIATE
Intermediate classes generate a deeper understanding of yoga by building your confidence, strength & resilience with the regular practice of Iyengar yoga poses such as standings, forward bends, twists & backbends. Inverted poses such as headstand & shoulderstand are offered with clear guidence and props wherever needed. Pranayama – breath control, is also introduced.

 

ADVANCED YOGA

THURSDAY 12noon to 1.45pm – $30

ABOUT ADVANCED
A more dynamic class for experienced students wishing to be challenged by a wider range of asana & pranayama.

Suitable for yoga students with at least 4-5 years committed practice.

FEE OPTIONS

1 Class Pass $30: paid per class and is valid for a single session.

4 Class Pass $114: Valid for 6 weeks from date of purchase. No refunds available.

Direct Bank Deposit: Suitable for yoga workshops and training seminars. Email for details

All yoga fees include GST.

Visa & MasterCard, Eftpos & Cash are accepted in studio.

PERSONAL YOGA LESSONS

In this one-to-one yoga session you receive specific personalised instruction, which encourages a deeper understanding of your class work & personal yoga development.

Personal yoga lessons are suitable for all levels of yoga students. Whether you are looking to start yoga, rehabilitate after an injury or illness, or needing support & direction to intensify your practice & understanding; a personal session can offer an in-depth experience.

Personal yoga sessions are available by appointment in studio, or alternatively for distant students, via Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime.

Personal yoga fees are charged at $30 per 15 minutes.
A 1 hour session ($120) is usual for the first meeting.
